Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for an IVYPRO purchase, sold by Walkingman (Business Registration No. 7500703149). IVYPRO products are one-time purchases delivered digitally as a PDF. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Who processes refunds. Our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. You can request a refund directly from us at support@ivypro.com or by using the support link on your Paddle purchase receipt.

1. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be confident in IVYPRO. If you are not satisfied with your mock test, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

2. Digital delivery & withdrawal

IVYPRO products are digital content delivered immediately as a PDF. Where the law provides a "cooling-off" or withdrawal right for consumers, that right may not apply once digital content has been delivered and you have started to download or access it — because delivery begins right away with your consent at checkout. This does not affect the 14-day satisfaction guarantee above, or your rights where a file is defective or not as described (see below).

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@ivypro.com from the address on your account, or use the support link on your Paddle receipt.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the request.
  3. We (with Paddle) will review and respond, usually within 2–3 business days.

4. Defective or undelivered files

If your PDF does not arrive, cannot be opened, or is not as described, we will always make it right — by re-sending the file or issuing a full refund. Just contact support@ivypro.comand we'll resolve it quickly.

5. Eligibility & exceptions

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of this policy, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
