Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or the "Customer") and Walkingman (Business Registration No. 7500703149), which operates the IVYPRO service and is registered at [Registered Business Address] ("IVYPRO", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the IVYPRO website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IVYPRO sells digital test-preparation products — full-length mock exams for admissions tests including the SHSAT, SSAT, and SCAT, together with answer keys and predicted score/percentile reports. Products are sold as a one-time purchase and delivered electronically as a PDF file to the email address you provide at checkout. There is no recurring subscription.

2. Eligibility & accounts

The Service is intended for students preparing for admissions tests and for the parents or guardians who purchase access on their behalf. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases & delivery

• Each product is a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. The full price is shown before you confirm your order. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
• After your payment is confirmed, your mock test is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provided, typically within a few minutes. You are responsible for entering a valid email address.
• If you do not receive your PDF, check your spam folder and then contact support@ivypro.com — we will re-send it.
• Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are reviewed and processed through Paddle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or sublicense your account or exam content;
• copy, scrape, or redistribute practice questions, score reports, or other proprietary materials;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security or fraud risk.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including practice questions, software, analytics, text, and branding — is owned by IVYPRO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mock test and related materials for your own personal test preparation. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the PDF or its contents.

7. Disclaimers

IVYPRO is an independent test-preparation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any testing body, school, or admissions program. Score predictions and analytics are estimates for study guidance only and do not guarantee any particular score, admission, or outcome. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVYPRO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or admissions outcomes arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, communicated to you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
